1. Change of Mind Refunds
- Customers may request a refund for any reason within 24 hours of purchase.
- After the 24-hour period, change of mind refunds will not be accepted.

2. Wrong Item Received
- For "vastly different" like wrong unit or wrong color product refunds, customers must contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving the product. Beyond 14 days after receiving, the order will no longer be eligible for a replacement.
- Customers claiming to have received the wrong item product must provide clear evidence (e.g., photos, videos) demonstrating how the product differs significantly from the advertised description.

3. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. Returns
Since our products are shipped internationally, please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges once your package has been shipped and a tracking number is provided. The cost of returns is significant, and they are not free. Additionally, due to international shipping policies, we are unable to resell returned items, and they would likely be discarded.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Minor discrepancies or slight variations in color, size, or non-essential features do not qualify for a refund.
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after receipt are not eligible for a refund/replacement.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

6. Refund Method
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
- Processing time may take up to 10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

7. Final Decision
- Our company reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund requests.
- We may offer store credit or an exchange instead of a monetary refund in certain circumstances.
